TKU Athletes to Partake in the National Intercollegiate Athletic Games

On Apr 9, 2019, Tamkang University held a Flag Presentation Ceremony as a formal send-off for athletes set to take part in the National Intercollegiate Athletic Games. Held at the TKU Shao-Mo Memorial Gymnasium on the Tamsui Campus, the flag presentation was conducted by the President of Tamkang University, Dr. Huan-Chao Keh, who encouraged the participating athletes to display a spirit of sportsmanship and to give their all during the upcoming competition. A total of 138 TKU athletes, including 85 men and 53 women, will partake in the Games this year, which will be held from April 26-May 1, 2019.
Tamkang University will compete in various categories this year, including track and field, swimming, karate, judo, table tennis, tennis, badminton, soft tennis, taekwondo, and fencing.
